Order Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high order volumes, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, there may be minor delays. We appreciate your patience and recommend allowing a little extra time for delivery.

If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Please note that The 31 Story Clothings reserves the right to choose the shipping partner used for delivery.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹49 collection fee will apply. This fee is non-refundable.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Damages or Loss During Shipping

The31Story Clothings is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during transit.

If your package arrives damaged or any items are missing, please contact the courier company directly to file a claim.

We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged products safely until the claim process has been completed.
